Q1 is done! We are 3 months into 2026, so I wanted to take this opportunity to pull back the curtain on how I’m tracking with my big goal for the year – hitting 300k in revenue.
In this episode of the Feminine Fire Podcast, I share my full Q1 behind-the-scenes – how much I made in Q1, whether I hit my quarterly goals, if I’m on track to 300k this year and what I’m focused on in Q2.
I also dive into what I’m actually tracking each month, so you can see what this looks like in real time. If you haven’t done your Q1 review yet, this episode walks you through my process.

Hello. Hello. Here we are three months into the year already. Q1 is done and dusted. So today I thought I would do a bit of a behind the scenes update episode, take you into how I'm tracking with my business goals that I shared with you at the start of this year, and give you some insight into how I'm actually tracking my business growth this year so that you can do so too. This is something that I've just done in my business and I've also supported my clients to do. We've just had a quarterly planning workshop inside the Mistress Mind last week, and it's something that I really recommend you do. A new quarter is a really great opportunity to take some time to review. Where you're at and look ahead to what's next. So if you haven't done your Q2 planning yet, this episode is your reminder. Make some time this week. Go and do it. Take a moment to look back at January, February, March. Really look at where you're at in relation to what you wanna create in 2026. Where are you at now? How are you tracking with those goals? What are you actually doing in the business from here? This episode today is going to give you an idea of how I do this. I'm going to share where I'm at right now at the end of Q1, start of Q2, how I'm tracking against my yearly goals, and I'll take you into what I'm actually tracking to determine how I'm going and what I use to then make those decisions about what I'm doing moving forward. So I want you to think of this as a behind the scenes episode where I'm going to share. Exactly what's happening in my business right now and where I'm at, but also a really practical episode that will help you so that you can start to apply this in your own business. So let's get into it. The first thing to know is that my big business goal for 2026 is to grow my business to 300 K, which for context is more than double what I made last year. So I'm looking to double my business this year in 2026, which feels really exciting. It does feel possible. But also a little bit stretchy, if I'm honest, a little bit scary, like, can I actually do this? And I know that that is a really great thing to be in that space where I am stretching, where it feels a little bit scary, but I'm also excited. To me that means I'm in that growth zone and that's where I want to be. I haven't pushed myself in this way in quite some time, and so I'm excited to be doing that and I'm excited to see what comes of this this year. Obviously I would love to hit that 300 K goal, and that is what I'm working towards. But also I know that it is so much more than that. It is about who I become in the process and what my business becomes in the process too. Now, the way that I'm going to do that is through my signature program, the Spiritual Business Mistress Mind, which has two tiers. It has the Inner Circle, which is for spiritual women who are scaling their businesses and want that deeper support, that deeper level of access to me and the collective, which is for spiritual women who are building two consistent cash months right now. So that's the goal and the mechanism. A 300 K year growing the spiritual business mistress mind. The first thing I do when reviewing anything in business is I celebrate the wins, and I've got a few things to celebrate in Q1 this year. First and foremost, I have had my biggest quarter in business ever, which is really exciting. My revenue for Q1 2026 was just shy of 40 K, so I'm really celebrating that. Particularly because I am seven, almost eight months postpartum with my third baby now. I came back from maternity leave in November last year, so to have created that in this season of my life, that's huge and also a really good sign of what's to come. I'm also celebrating a number of smaller goals. Number one being that I have progressed my goal towards building my office studio in our backyard, something that has been on the vision board for a really long time. My original Q1 goal for that was to have saved enough money for it. I've not only done that, but we have already audit it and it's on its way. This is one that I'm really excited for. We've gone with a flat pack studio that comes to lockup stage, and then we'll get to fit it out, which is the part that I am most looking forward to. I will, of course, be sharing the progress over on my Instagram, so if you wanna follow that process, get all the visuals, see the build as it happens, make sure you're following me at Beck Zillow. I'm really excited to share more of that as we progress. I am also celebrating a new brand photo shoot, which was also on the vision board for this year, and celebrating my 10th business birthday with a bang. I really wanted to do that in a big, bold way. Bold is my word of the year, and I just wanted to have a whole heap of fun with it, and I've definitely done that. There was cake. We had a giveaway. I created merch. It's been really fun. So looking at all that, I have ticked quite a few things off my yearly goals list already, just one quarter into the year, which feels so good. So much to celebrate. We love that. Next I look at where I might have fallen short of any goals, which to be fair, there were quite a few this quarter. My goal for Q1 was to have a 100 K sales quarter and bring more clients into the mistress mind. And while I did make sales, I did bring clients into the mistress mind. I've had some really great conversations. I've got some really warm leads. I didn't hit those targets. So let me break down what that looks like in the inner circle. I retained all of my clients, which is a huge win, and I had one woman who moved from the collective into the inner circle, so there has been some growth there, but I do still have two spaces available until that tier is full for the collective, which is the more scalable level, and where a lot of my growth is going to come from this year. I also didn't hit my numbers, but here's how I look at that. I may not have hit those goals this quarter, but I've done some really strong nurturing. I've had great conversations. I've got some really warm people in my world. I know that I've been planting a lot of the seeds that are going to bloom in the next three to six months, and the space itself feels really strong. The community, the engagement, the support, all of that is there. The collective officially kicked off mid-January, and so I've spent a lot of time this caught up pouring into that space. My intention this year is to really make the mistress mind the number one space for spiritual business owners. Who are ready to grow and it's happening. The women in there right now are just so incredible and I'm loving all of the elements, the monthly workshops, the co-working, the coaching. We've got a couple of live challenges that have happened already this year. It's actually such an incredible space and I'm really proud of what we are building. But numbers wise, we are not there yet. And that's okay. I know that this year there is every likelihood that I will not hit my goals more than I actually hit them because I've set myself really big stretchy goals. But in doing that, I'm going to grow my business more than I would have if I hadn't set them because even though I didn't hit my 100 K sales. I still created my biggest cash quarter ever, and I can see these numbers because I'm tracking them. So let me take you into what I'm actually tracking each month. I am tracking my sales, my income, and my monthly recurring revenue. So I'm looking at cash versus contracted sales so I can see what's coming in now versus what's locked in for coming months. And I have a cash forecast spreadsheet that my VA updates each and every week, so we can clearly see where we are sitting at any given time. And I know what the gap is between where I am now and where I wanna be. I'm also looking at the number of clients I have across both tiers, the Inner Circle and the collective, and I'm focused on both retention of current clients and bringing in new clients. Now we are only two months into the collective starting, so we haven't had any collective clients come to the end of their contracts yet. But I do have a really high retention rate for my Inner Circle clients, which is something that I'm really proud of. I am then also tracking my leads. So I'm looking at my wait list growth, the conversations I'm having, any inbound inquiries, and keeping track of all that. This is how I know that I've got a lot of warm leads swirling. What I'm not tracking is any of the vanity metrics. I'm not focused on how many likes any single post might get or any surface level engagement that doesn't actually connect to sales. I care about conversations and engagement and looking at the number of warm leads I've got right now because this is the information that tells me why I didn't hit my sales goals in Q1. That's what we wanna be using this data for, to work out what's working and what's not working in your business. For me, I can clearly see where I need to up the ante. I've made some really good sales since I came back from mat leave in November last year. I've had really good conversations. I've got some really warm people. It's not my offer, it's not my pricing. It's not my messaging, although that can always be refined. I just don't have the volume. I don't have enough new eyeballs. I don't have enough new people in my community. You can't keep launching the same thing to the same group of people over and over again without growing your audience. I need more people seeing my work, and it's not surprising because I haven't really been focused on audience growth since coming back from maternity leave. So I'm using all that data, all that information, and I'm using it to shape my plans for Q2. Because that is the next step. The next step is to then zoom in on my strategy and my plans for the next quarter. And when I look at where the biggest gaps are for me, it is clear that my focus for Q2 needs to be visibility. This is my quarter of visibility. So that looks like me getting out there more, pitching for podcast guest spots, looking for collaborations, doing guest workshops, and bringing guests onto my podcast, all with the plan to run another launch of the Mistress Mind at the end of June. So I'm giving myself most of this next quarter, most of the next three months, to do some really solid lead generation, to grow my audience, to put myself out there so that when I do launch the Mistress Mind again, I'm launching to a bigger pool of people and giving myself the best opportunity to hit those sales goals and bring some more incredible women into the space. Now, of course I do have some other things happening this quarter. The one that I'm probably most excited about is the in-person event I'm holding. In May next month, the spiritual business emergent is coming back. Think of this like a really lush retreat day for you and your business. An opportunity to energetically reset, anchor back into your vision. And do some practical work on your business. This is another one that has been on the vision board for this year, so I'm very excited to be sharing it so, so soon. My clients do get first dibs, but if you are on the New South Wales South coast, or if you're able to travel here, watch this space. I will be announcing details very soon and spots will be limited. So if you are interested, send me a dm. I will make sure you are the first to get the details after my clients. I'm really excited for this. So that's what Q2 is looking like. For me, my focus is to really grow my audience, bring new people into my world, and give myself time to do that before the next launch. Because I know that the work that I'm doing now and the work that I've done in Q1 to date, the conversations, the nurturing, the relationships, all of that is going to start creating results in the next three to six months. It's all compounding all the time. So I know what I'm focused on this quarter. Next, I then set myself some really specific goals, and this quarter I've got some visibility goals and I've got an income goal. My goal for Q2 is to get to consistent 20 K months, and I'm really leaning into my manifestation practices and my energy and mindset work. I am visualizing this a lot. I visualize the monthly numbers. I visualize my cashflow forecast spreadsheet at 20 k consistently, and I visualize the dms coming in, the sales notifications, hitting my inbox, the payments landing in my bank account. It sounds a bit D Lulu to everyone else, but I know you get it. From here, I then chunk it down into an actual plan, month by month, project by project. That's what I did with my clients in our Q2 planning workshop last week, and what I recommend you do too, start by reviewing your Q1. Look at your Q1 goals. What did you achieve and where did you fall Short? Then make sure that you are tracking what you need to track to be able to analyze what's working and what's not working in your business so that you can then decide strategically where to from here, what to focus on in Q2 and how you're going to make it happen. Set yourself some concrete Q2 goals. Create yourself a plan. Know what those projects are that you are working on, exactly what you need to do in order to bring it to life. This is really going to set you up for success. This is the exact process I go through in my quarterly planning, and I think for me, one of the key things is in the stretch that having these goals provides. I know that I've grown more in the last few months because I've set this big, bold, audacious goal for myself. Then if I hadn't set something like that. So if you are looking at your goals for the year and they're feeling a bit comfortable. I would really encourage you to stretch just that little bit in this next quarter to see what you're capable of. It doesn't have to be this massive, big, wild stretch that feels really overly dysregulating, but just a little, what if you just stretch a little bit more? It is so possible for you. It is so possible for you. Just do that little stretch. See what happens. See what magic it creates. And that's where I'll leave you today. I hope you enjoyed this one. A little bit of behind the scenes, but also a bit practical. I wanted to use this as an example of the exact process I go through, the exact things that I track in my business so you can see what this looks like and how it might apply to you. So let me know, did you enjoy this episode? Because if you did. I will do another one for each quarter of the year. I will give you an update on where I'm at. I've set this big, bold goal for myself, and I'm excited, but slightly nervous to bring you along for the ride. I won't lie. There is a huge part of my brain saying, what if you don't hit this goal, Beck, you're gonna look like a total loser for putting it out there and not hitting it. But I keep reminding myself that it's not about that, and I would much rather share the real raw parts of business with you rather than sugarcoating it all. So expect more of that from me, as always, that is it today though. Thank you for tuning in. I love you. I appreciate you and I will see you next time on the Feminine Fire Podcast. I.
